This is so sad. I remember going there was fun, and I also remember so many other stores like this popping up everywhere, but Blockbuster was the best! All just shrunk down to a redbox now.
I still like to taunt the person inside the Redbox, since it must be cramped and hot in there.

Not elves. Only gnomes are idiotic enough to do that work. As gnomes are want to be idiotic on all things.
I am wont not to disagree.

Besides, however does a gnome know from whence he gets his (mis)information? Whether it be from true patriots in Moscow, Idaho, or truer patriots in Mother Russia?

He's earning a living doing honest work at an honest job many people hold. I see no problem with that.
No problem, indeed.

Just surprise that someone who spent several years working on a #1 television show doesn't earn enough from residuals to keep that job from being necessary. Then again, with a lot of networks not airing the show because of Bill's legal troubles, maybe there aren't enough residuals and royalties to amount to a workless living.

That would be my take.

Are there any networks that continue to air The Cosby Show in syndication?

He also wasn't on the show for all that long either, as I recall.

Also, considering that Cosby was the executive producer, he probably hammered out semi-adhesive contracts that favored himself....

...over all other comers.

Yeah, I went there.

I don't think any major networks air it. I'm sure some local affiliates run re-runs, but being carried on some station in Melbourne IA would not produce the same residuals as if, say, TNT was running episodes.

You say that as if Bill has done something to indicate he is an untrustworthy man.

No, but he's done some things (and not owned up to them) to indicate he is not a trustworthy man.

From Psychology Today, 11/2014:

America loves Bill Cosby. He’s so warm, comforting and wise….. and he makes us laugh as well. He taught us good manners, how to be a loving spouse, a good parent and raise well-adjusted and respectable children. He was the wholesome, All-American spokesman for Jell-O and the squeaky clean, proper and harmless Dr. Cliff Huxtable from The Cosby Show. Everything about Dr. Huxtable was trustworthy, right down to the comfortable sweaters he wore. Bill Cosby was welcomed into virtually every American home because he was... well, safe and trustworthy.
Bill Cosby is an icon, and his wholesome brand made him not only incredibly wealthy, but a role model for young and old alike. He has repeatedly stressed to all that we should always do the right thing and be responsible. Being responsible means owning what you've done and accepting the consequences for your actions.
