I like the little corn thingies. I've got the same ones. They came with yellow plastic corn shaped dishes that hold the butter like a little trough around the ear.

I don't have the butter trough, just the holders. I have been given so many different types of corn holders as gifts over the years, and the best are still those ones above. The simple, cheap ones from the supermarket aisle. >hammer guy<

Our local Mexican restaurant delivers all the way out to our house. I will be having Carnitas. We do something besides salsa with our chips - chorizo mixed in with our queso. Delish!!

Are you a Pho person or a Bun person?

I never heard of a bun person. Everything here is Pho. This place was a first time there and it was a mix of chinese and Pho. Well sort of Chinese. Almost everything here is pretty much South Vietnamese.

I eat pho when it is in the single digits outside to warm up. Bun is eaten strictly during warm weather for me.
A new-ish Vietnamese restaurant just over the RI/MA border was written up in the local paper last week. It's in an old, run down, converted mill building in a sketchy part of the city but is supposed to be absolutely fantastic. I need to try it. Maybe I'll get take out to be safe!

A friend gave us a bucket of quahogs, so I made a clam sauce to put on linguine. LOTS of garlic.
