Also a reminder to me to post on Nicky's album (which I want to check out again later today)

Next up: Uncle Toe and Nicky reversed places so that means....why, it's me!

On Monday, I will post an album from...

Oh dear, a modern album - do I have any of those ;)

Remember, selectors should feel free to pick rare albums or well-worn classics, any genre (pop, rock, soul, jazz, electronic) - a favorite of yours that you'd like others to play and discuss.

Oyez! Oyez! It's time for the next album club pick

A tremendous year in music - I'm thinking Axo is gonna be torn between Blizzard of Ozz and British Steel

So I'm guessing this activity has finally died out? I'm not going to lie, I wouldn't be very broken up...

:(

Actually I was gonna post a new selection tomorrow
Awkward!

Had a few travels/commitments lately so haven't kept up to the weekly selections we used to do. But I figured people wouldn't mind a selection every couple of weeks - I gotta say I hadn't realized it has been a month  (I guess only 3 weeks since Axo's last pick)

Are you just worried because you're up next, Rick ;)

I admit I'm a bit behind, but I'd still love to keep it up - it's introduced me to a number of great albums (and some unique even if I haven't listened again). Maybe people wouldn't mind every 3-4 weeks. Thoughts?

I'm in favor of it continuing. I was just wondering if it was petering out.

I do enjoy the series. In my regular exploration I tend to stick inside my chosen genres. This series is good for pointing me to stuff I never would have listened to.

That said, once a week is a bit of a Chinese fire drill to keep up with. If we have a new album every two or three weeks that would be fine with me.

Ah well, better late than never. Sorry about the delay, guys. Will try to keep regular to an every other week schedule

Amidst the recent craziness why not have another Album Club pick:
