Returning to the topic of the CDT, what's crazy is that the box sat on top of the the chest (there's that word, again) at the bottom of my bed, unopened, for four or five weeks. I kept telling myself that I needed to get a brief off my desk (or, out of my head) and submitted before I could justify opening the box and setting up the device.

That's silly. What would you do if it turned out not to work and you needed to return it to the seller?

The AC in the living room is very noisy in my apartment and makes listening to music frustrating. Now that summer is basically here in Florida, it's been going full blast. So I decided to turn off that AC and just run the AC in the bedroom with the door open. I put a box fan just inside the bedroom blowing out into the living room. It works really well and is much quieter.

I feel like I'm getting away with something.
