I just put the 432 on my LG G6. The LG has a great DAC and this did make it brighter.

I have been using the 432 player for about 2 weeks and It does have a better sound than Google Play Music, Foobar2000 for Android or LG Music.
I did not compare it to subsonic as that one converts files. I liked this better in both headphones and bt to my receiver. It really sounds better going to the stereo receiver.

Could be good if the digital files used are well-mastered and not the over-compressed mess that most albums are now.

I bought a new amp today. Schiit Audio's Jotunheim. It's a balanced amp that is said to have great synergy with the Sennheiser HD650 headphones, which I use. I also briefly considered Schiit's Lyr 3 hybrid tube amp, but from what I've read, it doesn't go so well with the HD650. Plus, I'm trying to stay away from tubes.



I also bought a 4 pin XLR balanced cable for my HD650s from eBay.
