Our Next Musical Venture?

If only 1967 were the year to pick from...

Uh, I say we postpone a new year until next Friday.
I agree. There is no real reason to rush this process or the results.

I have found all of the results to be worthy contenders and would not want anyone to feel under the gun/undue pressure to rush their decision process.

But, that's just one opinion. I will ask my other identities for their responses, in due course.

Yeah, when someone due to busy schedule posts an album past midweek, I'll just carry it over. Everyone should have IMO close to a full week to listen and digest. So take your week and enjoy the Ventures :)

Alright, let's get things going again. Should have posted this Friday. It's time for the next album club pick

Rotation to Pick the Weekly Album:
1) Zeeba Neighba
2) Axo
3) LP Freak
4) Unsom
5) Ojai
6) Nickyboy
7) Old Uncle Toe

It's Friday and time to randomly generate a year from 1955-2017 for our next album picker, Unsom
Over the next couple of days, he will post our next album to listen collectively

Unsom's year will be:

2010

Is this our most recent year in the series? Well lucky we've got a guy picking who keeps up with modern music, y'know what the kids are hip to these days ;)

Remember, selectors should feel free to pick rare albums or well-worn classics, any genre (pop, rock, soul, jazz, electronic) - a favorite of yours that you'd like others to play and discuss.

Not quite. I remember you giving me 2015, and I went all Cuban heels on you, curbside.

P. S. "The sharks are going to have their way tonight."

Rick was nice enough to choose an album Monday to get us back on track, so I should oblige by posting the next year up

Rotation to Pick the Weekly Album:

2) Axo
3) LP Freak
4) Unsom

Whoa, Nelly! Two years in a row from the past decade - can we withstand should hip, recent music two weeks in a row?

Remember, selectors should feel free to pick rare albums or well-worn classics, any genre (pop, rock, soul, jazz, electronic) - a favorite of yours that you'd like others to play and discuss.
