I made a (microwave) poached egg and garlic hummus with cheese sandwich. It was very good.

Uh, no. I am not a food gourmet!

I toasted the bread, then spread garlic hummus on both pieces of bread. I put the poached egg onto the bread, added salt and pepper. Then added a slice of cheese. It turned out great, considering I am not given to experimentation.
