Ummmm. No. Pasta is good for breakfast, but certainly not for brunch. That just isn't done by civil people!

I used Uber Eats the other day. The driver had a scam going where he told Uber he was using a bicycle to make deliveries, but was actually in a car. I say scam, because I speculate that gives him extra time to complete orders without penalty because Uber thinks he's using a slower moving vehicle.

It could be worse. Last week we had an Uber Eats driver abscond with our Italian dinner. He just vanished from the tracking map like a UFO.

Uber Eats seems like Russian Roulette and good luck getting ahold of customer service.

Around here everyone uses Door Dash and Drinkly. We've had no issues with either service.

Fact: you can't get a decent bagel in New England.
The place around the corner from my wife's parent's house in Philly actually *does* make amazing bagels.
I looked them up on-line today to see if they ship. Apparently not.
BUT....in my google search I found a NYC bagel place that ships fresh, overnight, every day.
ORDER PLACED! Obviously, it is too late in the day for shipping today, and they don't ship on the weekend. So, Monday morning they will make our bagels and ship them to us to arrive on Tuesday. And there is a special "Covid" special price for New England shipments! Woo hoo!
Bagels, cream cheese, and lox for dinner (or maybe lunch?) on Tuesday!!!!!

I used to work for a Taco Bell in the early 90s. Their "beef" would come in plastic bags that would be thrown in very hot water to heat up.
