Buddy Hackett's house.

View attachment 15386
Buddy and his wife lived next door to the mother of my first boss in Beverly Hills. I’m talking here about my first job when I was 18, long before I became an attorney.

Theresa was a widow with serious health issues. Buddy and his wife went out of their way to keep an eye on her and help out when she had problems. Thanks to them, she was able to live independently with dignity for many extra years.

Wow, some greats there
See Dom Delouise, Bob Newhart, Sid Caesar, Tom Poston, Red Buttons (?), George Burns, Don Rickels, Phillis Diller

I'm sure I'm missing a lot

I'm sure Robert Urich was there - he was in everything in the 70s ;) (Charro too) :)

It's almost like the cover of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.

Or, a terribly mismatched Love Boat.

P. S. I see Danny Thomas in back.

No, what you are seeing is NOT an A.I. generated photo...this is the real thing. Of course, it was never intended to be released. It was intended for the garbage can.

This was about 1980, when Ann Martin started co-anchoring the 5 p.m. News on Channel 7. I worked on the Eyewitness News stage, as an ABC Page, taking care of all the various guests that would be on the news on any day. One day the management wanted a new promo photo of the news team and did a photo shoot on the news stage. A few days later, the photographer or marketing department at ABC7, brought over the proofs of the shots for the news team's approval. After the news was over, everyone broke for dinner, and left. As I was leaving too, I saw that this particular photo was left for trash. I wasn't about to let this little piece of local TV history get dumped.

The photo is of Tawny Little, Jerry Dunphy, and Dr. George Fischbeck, standing left to right, and Paul Moyer, Christine Lund and Ann Martin seated.— with Curt Sandoval and 6 others
