Not like it's that great a joke/pun (but hey it's Axo - bang! Zoom!) that's worth the expanation
But it's a play on the song "Mary, Did You Know" which is a newer (1991) contemporary Christian holiday song that has been recorded by Kenny Rogers/Wynona Judge, Carrie Underwood, Pentatonix, and Cee Lo Green among others. It asks the question of whether Mary knew Jesus' promise/future as a baby.
I LOVE Christmas music, and I think it's really cheesy (so that should tell you a lot) with the vocals sometimes being overwrought and maudlin (though rarely does someone do it OK)
And UNO is a mindless card game....but I'm sure you know that
