Random Music Thoughts

Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis were the Big Three of Sam Phillips’ Sun Records in Memphis. Cash and Lewis never strayed far from the style of their first recordings for Sun and were able to maintain successful careers for decades. Elvis meandered all over the musical map, and basically stopped making interesting recordings a bit more than 10 years after he began.

There is a lesson in here somewhere. :aha:
