On this day, September 9th, 1989, “Hanging Tough” by New Kids On The Block took the number one spot on the Billboard Top 100, replacing Milli Vanilli’s “Girl You Know It’s True.” This date holds special meaning for us, as our frontwoman Chelsea was a huge NKOTB fan growing up, with Donnie Wahlberg being her favorite. She still proudly owns an impressive collection of NKOTB memorabilia, including dolls, a sleeping bag, a lunch box with thermos, and several pins.
