Random TV Thoughts

I never really trusted Raymond Burr after the character he played in Rear Window murdered his wife.

I was a little young to appreciate Ironside (if it was something that needed appreciating) but my mom really enjoyed it.
I think he seemed trustworthy in that if we need a tiebreaker

The opening theme of Ironside is great though (Quincy Jones composed) - I also enjoy how Tarantino uses it in Kill Bill

Spoilered. Well, I guess I don't need to ever watch that movie now.

It's all conjecture. It's never proven. I may be wrong.

All based upon circumstantial evidence: He seems a tad defensive when he realizes that he has been watched.

ETA Throwback: My mom would draw all sorts of circumstantial opinions from films.

Two examples, just from Vincent Bugliosi's Helter Skelter, paraphrased because I did not write them down contemporaneously:

(1) Why would anybody follow somebody who looked and acted like that (the character playing Manson)?

(2) Why would anybody write a song that would lead people to murder (Was the song "Helter Skelter" the proximate cause of the murder spree)?

Ah, Mom, thanks for the memories....

I never trusted that Ms. Torso floozy, to be quite honest. What with those swinging parties in her studio apartment, lurid dancing in outfits that left nothing to the imagination, and besotted with booze and hot, hot jazz music! She was the one to watch for!

I may have watched her for that, alone.

She had nothing on Grace Kelly, though.

Grace is still at the top of my Top 10 Beauties of All Time.
She was, as I am sure you know, a Philly gal. It still kinda reduces her in my esteem that she was (apparently) an absolute floozy (wait! That's Ms. Torso!). Ah, right. A.......slut, with sleeping around with the Philly and Main Line studs at the time. And then she married royalty.
Good work, if you can get it!
Still, doesn't take away (too much) from her breathtaking beauty.
