Welcome to 1978 - odd choice - it's a fine, enjoyable album but surprised on the list. Again the British influence on the Mojo list given Rafferty's Scottish heritage.
Actually did better in US than in the UK though - never realized it was a #1 album here.

Also a little embarrassed to say, never knew Rafferty was originally in Stealer's Wheels - and now listening, his voice is so obvious on "Stuck in the Middle with You"
