Denny Dennis - A Tribute To Denny Dennis (rec. 1933-43, ASV Living Era comp. 1994)
Denny was one of the finest British big band singers between the wars. His smooth style worked perfectly with the leading bands of the time like those of Ambrose and Roy Fox featured here. After WWII, Denny had a brief tenure in the States with Tommy Dorsey's band but soon returned to the UK.
