This was a more tumultuous week than usual here in the legal jungle.

That's so cool, Sam. Certain kinds of music are a reset button for me. That is precisely the reason I listen to such music - to de-stress.This was a more tumultuous week than usual here in the legal jungle.
So this afternoon after the dust settled I found myself with a few moments to relax with a cup of coffee and some of Mrs. Ojai’s pumpkin cookies. I decided to visit Axo’s Piano Cloud and I’m mighty glad I did. This is perfect music to destress by, subtle but not soporific. Suitably refreshed, I’m on my way home.

I have yet to listen to The Waves (2010). I should remedy that.

Like Bob Dylan and Motown Records, Apple Records rush released this collection 13 days before the end of 2013 to preserve copyright protection for 59 previously unissued recordings. They consist of 15 studio outtakes, 42 BBC tracks and 2 John Lennon demos. Back in the salad days of costly bootlegs like the Ultra Rare Trax series and Yellow Dog label, new Beatles music was exciting as forbidden fruit. This collection packs all the thrills of a lawyer's opinion letter.
"No way," he said demurrerly.Your opinion letters excluded, of course.![]()
Careful or I’ll move to strike you."No way," he said demurrerly.

I will parry your advance with my newly-updated Civil Procedure Rutter's Guide, and will respond with a motion all lemon-y.Careful or I’ll move to strike you.![]()
