Zeeba Neighba Staff member Oct 11, 2017 #142 ^^ The New York Doll's "Pills" is such a fun, funny, raucous song - it's what rock n roll is all about Now: Arctic Monkeys - Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not (2006) Ditto for "The View From the Afternoon" on this one

I'm shocked, shocked I tell you, that a doctor is expressing such a sentiment. Did they call you "Dr. Feelgood" back during your residency?

Yes, but it was OK because with me they were referring to the Aretha song rather than the Motley Crue album (I'm not sure this makes any sense whatsoever, but did sound clever in my head before I typed it )

lpfreak1170 Well-Known Member Oct 11, 2017 #146 The Struts - Everybody Wants (US version) Good, trashy 70s rock/glam influenced band. Going to see them in a couple weeks opening for the Foo Fighters. I like the Foo's early stuff but really much more excited about The Struts.
