I am not a major fanboy of theirs (although I like their hits), but Coldplay's new track "Coloratura" from their upcoming release is .....stunning. Listen to it on good headphones turned up. It's orchestral, and dare I say Prog-like?

The new YouTube channel for official releases from the archives of the old Ed Sullivan show is a cornucopia of musical history. Here’s a unique performance by the Lovin’ Spoonful. Other than The Beatles, I don’t recall seeing any videos from this time period by rock acts that showcased an entire orchestra. It’s also a great chance to observe the zany antics of guitarist Zal Yanofsky.
