What's For Dinner?

Wood-grilled lamb chops (marinated in garlic, lemon zest, fresh marjoram, s&P, olive oil), with a Greek salad of cucumber, tomatoes, feta, dill, and lemon juice/olive oil, and some baby potatoes roasted with olive oil, whole garlic, and crushed juniper berries. A Greek feast!
 
Today is the three-year anniversary of my mother's death. To celebrate and remember her, we are having raclette with all the fixings for supper and some eau de vie we bought last year when we were in Switzerland and Swiss cookies and some chocolate for dessert.

Crespelle alla Fiorentina: homemade crepes (Fazoletti di Nona) rolled around a filling of spinach, ham, and dark turkey meat mixed with grated cheese, Fontina, and warm spices, then topped with bechamel sauce and some more cheese, then baked until golden on top.
