I've been in the beta for a few weeks. The library isn't fully realized, yet...and they warn you about that up front...but it sounds fantastic!!

I decided to take Qobuz up on the 30 day free trial. Why not? I will probably cancel though, unless their catalog magically fills up before the 30 days.

Just to follow up, I bought the Schiit Fulla. I preferred the physical volume knob. It seems to work quite well and sounds good. It also has a lot of options for input and outputs (another plus over the dragonfly). Thanks for the recommendation.

You're quite welcome. Just remember, the warranty on that is 2 years should you have a problem down the line.

Yeah, and I don't see Qobuz getting as good an indie/alternative catalog. They seem classical/jazz focused.

Unfortunately I agree. I LOVE the sound quality on Qobuz, but the catalog is severely lacking right now. Thinking of dropping it and checking back occasionally. Lossless quality from Spotify with their catalog? It would just about kill the other services.

I don't either. Spotify is no innovator. It takes forever for them to fix a bug and more enhancements are removed than added.

Coincidentally, after 13 years since startup, they finally turned a profit.
