Yep, love our Aldi's and this little goodie shows up very rarely. I grab a bunch when I see them.

It is not grainy and not real strong, but definitely not mild either. It has a great background taste, perhaps the beer? I just wished they sold it all the time.

Thanks! Yeah, that's the thing with Aldi. When you find something good, stock up the next day, because two days later it probably isn't going to be around again. Then it pops up again briefly 3 months later.

We went to an Aldi store in Switzerland during our spring trip this year. My gosh! While the stores here are sort of a bare bones, budget kind of place, the ones there are sumptuous. Unbelievable selection of fresh fruits, veggies, wines, spirits, seafood, prepared meals, etc. I would shop there regularly if I lived there.
