Hell, I could polish it off before Christmas with ease. I tend to have zero control around chocolate. But this will be rationed, because you just can't find these in the USA, or if you can with great difficulty.

Ha! You know what's funny is we bought a book of bread recipes a number of years ago and only recently noticed that it was written by him. We bought it before the "Great British Baking Show" aired here in the US. He may be smug on the show, but he really does know his way around baking breads.^

I've been accused of never having (really) cooked in an American kitchen.
Loosely wrap a hot dog in a paper towel. Put it on a plate, then microwave it for 30 seconds. There. You now have an American kitchen.
