Whenever I see "Top Cities for ..." lists, I wonder why it's always major cities. What if the best place for pizza is Sedona, AZ?

Actually, family friends of ours opened a pizza place in Colorado Springs many years ago and won lots of awards for it.
I still don't think of Colorado, though, when someone says "best pizza". Now, Waimea, on the other hand.....
