Maybe, but I doubt it. Anyway, this cheese shop is 1 mile from my house. WF is about 40. Local wins! (locally owned and closer)Jeeze, I think Whole Foods would actually have it cheaper!
Enjoy.
What time's dinner?

Sure, go ahead. Have a cow. See if we care.

In case anyone is interested and likes blue cheese, definitely find a good cheese monger and get a little wedge of this. It has a very creamy, soft texture, almost like a very ripe Taleggio or Camembert, with very few blue spots. The spots have crystals from being aged, so there is a slight crunch in the middle of a bite of creamy cheese, which gives a nice contrasting mouth feel. And the blue flavor is very pronounced, but not ammonia-like. The grape leaves and pear brandy flavors are very subtle at the firmer edges, more of a scent than a flavor. I am glad our local place has/had it. I would buy it again for a special occasion or for a fancy dinner/cocktail party.
The phrase “cheese monger” should be used more (maybe it is but not in the South)
I love good cheese but my wife is not a cheese lover so I get my cheese “outside the marriage” at weddings, parties, etc

Light meat is my preferred cut for the Thanksgiving dinner. The dark meat is better as leftovers to be used in making turkey pot pies or stews, in my opinion.YouGov findings on the perpetual #Thanksgiving debate: light meat vs. dark meat
Light meat - 50%
Dark meat - 32%
