Random Food Thoughts

I like how the article hums along saying "yes, this works.....yes......and here is why" and then the last sentence says "researchers call bullshit, just switch". :D
I've tried it a few times. Dunno, it seems so odd, like putting salt in a drink, or drinking non-alcoholic beer.

ETA:
Funny thing about clickbait: The author sets forth an argument, adds the slightest hint of disagreement, and then posits a conclusion that simply restates the original premise. It's a lot like political discourse.

Researchers call bullshit because they try to be responsible. No such considerations cloud the judgment of authors of these kinds of articles.

Not justifying it, but they’re just trying to pay the rent.

Understood. Not to go completely off on a tangent, but I hear that plaint several times per month.
I probably represent somewhere along the average of 65 claimants per month. In the course of that process, some claimants return to some kind of work. When they do, they tell me, "I had to do it. I had run out of money."

My non-smug response is, "That's exactly the point, at least related to disability."

And the COLA is not an accurate reflection of actual inflation.

A little pinch of salt in your cup of coffee does wonders for the flavor. This is true. I don't care if the researchers tell me otherwise!

...and you can't find Assam tea in a grocery store. Do I have to order *everything* from Amazon these days?
Look in a health food store or specialty food store. (tea and spice shop). Be careful ordering tea on Amazon, and read the reviews before ordering. There is great variety in quality. And instead of Amazon, you could give the folks at Upton Tea Imports a try. They are very knowledgeable about teas, as you would expect, and have nothing but the best teas and accessories. https://www.uptontea.com/black-tea/c/assam-tea/
