I have never attended Comic-Con, despite its proximity to where I live. One of the main disincentives for me is the huge crowd of attendees. Looks like the organizers have a major overload on their hands. Here is the protocol they developed to deal with the problem of limited autograph sessions:

“For these limited signings, you will likely use the “Cube of Deciding”. Essentially, you will line up, and when it is your turn, you will press a button on a cube.
