I have always subscribed to the view that 1967 was the greatest year in music (great stuff plus innovative with The Beatles, Hendrix, VU, Aretha) but certainly arguments can be made for 1969, 1971, 1975, and 1991

But damn it 1977 is soooo good too. So, this weekend playing some 1977

I also have to catch up on our album club listens...ooh time to post the next year

First time coming into London from Gatwick Airport on the train we turned a bend and Battersea Power Station was in front of us. I was unable to get my camera out in time for a shot.
