Until this day, no one ever managed to top those razor sharp arrangements you hear on Faces. You look at your speakers in awe and shake your head - this was pre-digital, all this was played by musicians. And the sound engineers deserve an extra applause.

Faces overflows with all that's fine and well with EWF. ... perfect ... Maurice White was indeed a genius, and Faces is one of his best productions.
