If they reissue it in 10 years, there's no room to tack on bonus tracks to the crappy remaster.![]()

@JazzyRandy being an up-to-date kinda guy, you bought the second edition (catalog #1280). I posted the first edition (#1102). Doubtless they are of equal quality.WOW! (where's the googly-eyed emoji when you really need it?)
I read a Nigerian novel or three that mentioned High Life music frequently and, while reading, I really wanted to listen to it to see what it was like. I never checked it out. This looks like a great place to start.
Thanks!
EDIT: It looks like the version you have is actually an audiobook that looks fantastic (but is probably more than I need right now.) I found what appears to be a CD companion to that tome.

Mary Halverson & friends collected by John Zorn though Zorn himself does not play here - Paimon: Book of Angels, Volume 32 - (2017)
Alt-Jazz guitarists Halverson and Miles Okazaki, backed by bass and drums) take on Zorn's finale to his extremely long Masada tribute series. Honestly, I have no idea of exactly what Masada is except that is has something to do with Judaism, and while I've heard a couple of the albums in this series, this is the first that I've bought.
I still need to figure out exactly what Masada is, but this album here is something very good indeed.![]()
Yes, cool. Thanks for the link. It's a cool story, bro.
