One of these days, I'm going to bump this up a half-star to full 5-star status. I love everything about it. And while I'm not a production geek (meaning I don't know what goes into making a great-sounding album,) this album is wonderfully recorded.

After the previous album, I knew what the parameters for this morning's listening. Impeccably recorded, contemporary Jazz albums, with more than the usual trio/quartet/quintet setting, that aren't really straight ahead Jazz. This fits the bill on all counts.
