Shostakovich's 7th is a stirring and triumphant work that had its debut during the dark days of the siege of Leningrad in WWII. This gorgeous recording, made in concert during January 1968, offers lots of militantly anti-fascist flavor at a time when turmoil in Eastern Europe was beginning to rock the Soviet Union.

It's part of an astounding 100 CD collection that appeared on a South Korean record label in 2018 and sadly seems to have vanished:
