Why this, you ask? Because discs 4 and 5 hold an astonishing complete unreleased concert from the Fillmore West on New Year's Day, 1969. Bogert and Appice hit their artistic peak here, with apologies to fans of both Beck, Bogert & Appice and Cactus. Why ATCO didn't release this set at the time I'll never know.

Coincidentally, my New Years weekend classical included both Haydn and Schubert
