What's For Dinner?

Roasted chicken with lemons, garlic, and potato wedges, with a side of salad, and fresh asparagus from the garden. Dessert is a French rhubarb tart with rhubarb also from the garden (right next to the asparagus, actually!)

I should put a bottle of wine in the fridge.
Hot damned tamale, Ahab! That was fantastic. Can't remember the last time I had a roast chicken, and the rhubarb tarte was phenomenal! There is a reason I let this plant take over a large portion of my garden every year!
 
One of the bigger seafood wholesalers around here is having a hard time lately with so many restaurants being closed, so they decided to have a tent sale on their loading dock today. I got a 3lb. lobster for $10/lb (normally about $16/lb) and two 1lb. ziplock bags of freshly shucked scallops for $15 each (normally about $25). There will be some good feasting around here tonight!
And, they will be doing the sale again next weekend! Woo hoo!
