Moseley Shoals is a Britpop I love but unlike Oasis or Blur, did not carry over success to the States - a pop gem

Assume you're not a fan. Yeah, not my style too - in fact I'm not sure I have spun this one in 10 years. It's a'ight but wanted to include it as it is a style and an album that many enjoy from this era

But, I agree, its a really nice shade of red

Tough to top Murder Ballads and Everything Must Go from yesterday, but gonna wrap up 1996 with a couple of key hip hop album's of the year, the Tony winner for Best Musical, and Wilco's alt.country sprawling double album.
13 albums for 1996 is a bit light for the year and certainly could include a few more (Eels, Marilyn Manson, Sublime) but I think I've covered a decent range of 1996 music and hit the high points (and really don't feel 1996 as deep a year as its flanking years). Want to try to get a decent amount of 1997 music in before my Thanksgiving vacation.
