S Olbricht- The Last Act of Dorothy Stratton (2012)

Minimalist electronic. Very good background music or film soundtrack.
The sub-genre is described as Outsider House? That sounds like stalking music.

The Field- The Follower (2016)

The Field seems to prefer a certain type of album art, with a consistent font. Only the color of the background changes.

Listening to my just under three hour playlist of one-off (sometimes two or three) Christmas tunes on my computer...on random, of course. Last was Free Design - Christmas Is The Day. Now is Springsteen - Merry Christmas, Baby from his show on 12/31/80.

I cannot tell a lie. [Well, I can, but you wouldn't want to hear it.] I have a new Christmas present for myself.

I plugged everything in, and I am enjoying my stereo, again. Everything works.

I have a stack of CDs that I have not listened to, and I plan to change that over the next week.

I may even decide to hit the LPs. [Doing that with shellac 78s tends to break them.]

One of the first CDs I listened to was the Omar Sosa and Seckou Keita Transparent Water. It's simply gorgeous: it may become a desert island disc.

It can even be used to reduce one's blood pressure, according to local legend.
