XTC -Black Sea (Definitive Edition -5.1 Wilson remaster)
Well sir, this is all kind of stunning. This has been sitting in the shrinkwrap for a month or so and the recent Showtime XTC documentary reminded me that it's time to unwrap. Wonderfully chock full of extras and 5.1 mix that is on the level of the best Tull remasters. Highest reco.

Mark Knopfler - Golden Heart



Looking for pearls among the swine. Okay, that's a little harsh. But I miss Dire Straits. And I really liked Knopfler's duo with Chet Atkins. And then this came along. And then the next, and the next... Knopfler really reinvented his sound when he went solo. To all interviews, he's much happier with the mellow folk singer life. It's his life. I can't tell him how to run it.
