Dick Wilder - Pirate Songs And Ballads (1954)

Vinyl Rip Of The Day.

One of the early Elektra folk EP's. Dick Wilder performs a set of pirate stories so colorful they will shiver your timbers in a rich, deep voice accompanied only by his guitar. This was apparently Dick's only record. Little is known about him, though the liner notes say that he was a member of the "Margot Mayo American Square Dance Group".
