Mogwai- Kin (2018)

My first listen to this band. I like this album, but not sure if it is typical of them. Will need expanded listening.
Good luck with that. You know how pursuit down the discography rabbithole can go. It can either be infinitely rewarding :cheer:or disappointing :meh:, to say the least.

With that in mind, I say, try to go with the higher-rated past works, such as Come On Die Young, Happy Songs for Happy People, and Mr. Beast.

If those aren't your thing, go with the less well-rated. Stay sane, and climb out when you can.

I moved onto the one with the angry eagle on the cover. I forget what it is called. I liked it, but felt that this is definitely a "gotta be in the right mood at the right time of day" feel for it. I think I like Mogwai. Just probably before 6am.

Their later stuff has moved away from a rock core and consequently I find I enjoy them less.
