Kitty Kallen - Our Lady (rec. 1946-52, Sepia comp. 2003)

Pretty Kitty (as she was known) began as a big band singer for Jimmy Dorsey and Harry James, then went out on her own right after WWII. This interesting album gathers her early solo singles but stops before her big hit "Little Things Mean A Lot". That's because ASV Living Era had already covered her later years in another collection. I'll get to that one eventually.
