On September 8, 1995, shortly before the release of their second album Example, two of the members of the band and the tour manager were killed in an accident, while the two other members were injured but survived.

It's highly ironic that "Mighty K.C." is an ode to the late Kurt Cobain. The prophetic lyrics are almost frightening:

Ship me off to the morgue
I'm ready to be buried
Alone way down in my bed, bed
And I'm alone without the sun

Many moons ago, I received a CD-R, which has all of the songs from Baypath Rd. I keep it with my copy of Example.

I forget from whom I requested it and who sent it to me. He marked it in Sharpie as "Rare and Unreleased."
